Facilities Operations

Facilities Operations is comprised of some of the largest groups within Auburn University and Facilities Management.

Campus Services provides a clean and safe environment for students, staff and university clients, serving the Auburn University community in the most efficient way possible.

The Facilities Management Maintenance Department is divided into four zones which are responsible for general building maintenance across campus. Each zone is composed of experts within the following trades: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, paint, plumbing and roofing.

Utilities and Energy is comprised of several internal groups.

Utility Services owns, operates and maintains all District Energy Plants, Electrical Distribution, Utility Services and Campus Water Treatment. Energy Management works very closely with Utilities Services to provide support in meter reading, documentation of energy data and recommendations to our operations group to improve energy efficiency.
