Mail Services

Campus Mail Services ensures the speed and accuracy of daily mail delivery of USPS and campus mail. We assist departments in selecting cost effective delivery methods and provide timely notification of packages for faculty, staff and students.

Effective April 1st, 2022

Auburn University will transition to a new mail tracking system for all on campus mail. Students will begin receiving email notifications from Mailroom by Package X.

 Ways to receive package notifications:

  1. An email notification will be sent to the student’s email. This message will provide all pertinent information, including a picture of the package.
  2. The other option is to download the Package X app: Shipd from any app store. This app will allow students to receive push notifications directly to their phone.

Sign in with your university email address to receive notifications. Scan the QR code to download the app today!
